ARC Group Announces New Line Of Craft Beers

LAFAYETTE, La. – November 7, 2016 – ARC Group, Inc. (OTCQB: ARCK), the owner, operator and franchisor of the award-winning Dick’s Wings & Grill® concept, today announced that it has partnered with Ancient City Brewing to brew the first of what may evolve into a new line of Dick’s Craft Beers™.

Named “Victory Lane Amber Ale,” the new beer is a medium bodied amber ale with a mild caramel and hop aroma, toasted malt and sweet flavor with a flash of fresh hop that finishes clean on the palate.  The one-of-a-kind ale was specially formulated by ARC Group and Ancient City Brewing to perfectly complement Dick’s Wings® mouth-watering chicken wings and Dick’s Blingz® boneless chicken wings.

“I am proud to announce that we have created our first proprietary craft beer for Dick’s Wings & Grill,” stated Richard W. Akam, Chief Executive Officer of ARC Group.  “Our new ‘Victory Lane Amber Ale’, named after our customer-favorite chicken wing flavor, was specially formulated to pair perfectly with our world-famous chicken wings.  It is intended to be easily drinkable by everyone regardless of age or gender, and with an ABV of 5.3%, will help our customers drink in a responsible manner while enjoying our famous chicken wings.”

“We chose Ancient City Brewing because of their high-quality craft beers and their outstanding reputation in the community,” continued Akam.  “Our unique relationship with Ancient City Brewing furthers our local involvement with talented local companies in the greater Jacksonville area, as well as with our day-to-day customers.  It also helps enhance the Dick’s Wings experience for our customers, building brand loyalty and awareness.  ‘Victory Lane Amber Ale’ is the first of what we hope will be many proprietary beers under the Dick’s Craft Beers line that we will create with Ancient City Brewing.”

“We are excited to partner with Dick’s Wings on their first proprietary craft beer,” commented Greg Tuttle, Founder and President of Ancient City Brewing.  “Chicken wings and beer have gone hand-in-hand for years.  What better exemplifies this than combining our world-class beers with Dick’s Wings chicken wings?  Dick’s Wings is a very popular brand, and their chicken wings are the best anywhere.  We look forward to working with Rick and his team to design more proprietary craft beers in the future.”

ARC Group will be hosting a rollout party for its new ale at the Dick’s Wings located at 100 Marketside Avenue in the Nocatee development in Ponte Vedra, Fla. on November 10th, and the Dick’s Wings located at 6055 Youngerman Circle in Argyle Village in Jacksonville, Fla. on November 16th.  It expects to introduce its new ale at all of its other Dick’s Wing’s restaurants during the following three to four weeks.
